We can make a difference in the education of our children and the health of the Germantown School District.
For our district to be successful, we need transparency. We need an ongoing dialogue. We need continuous collaboration.
We need to make sure that we are doing all those items when things are going well. We definitely need to make sure those items are being done when things aren’t going as well.
As a Product Manager for a global firm, working with people in England, India, Thailand, and China, it is imperative to the success of our product that we have an open and honest dialogue. Sometimes our discussions are wonderful and an agreement is quickly reached. Sometimes, there are those difficult conversations where tough decisions are made and there is a need to compromise. The bottom line is that we are all working towards the same goal.
I can promise you this. If elected to the Germantown School Board, I will be open and honest with you. I will enjoy those happy discussions in sharing successes. I will have those difficult conversations where tough decisions need to be made. But know that we all will be working together toward the same common goal... providing the best school district to our children.
